Delete your account in the Orbit app
- Open Orbit and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the account screen.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the scope shown in Orbit, then confirm deletion.
The in-app flow is the fastest way to verify ownership and start deletion.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email pixellogic.app@gmail.com with the subject “Orbit account deletion request.” Send the request from the email associated with your Apple or Google sign-in when possible. Include the sign-in provider and Orbit display name. Never send a password, authentication code, payment detail, or government identifier.
Support verifies account ownership before deleting data. Requests are completed within 30 days.
Data deleted
Deletion removes the current Orbit membership and Orbit data associated with it, including:
- Orbit profile details and profile answers.
- Quizzes, quiz versions, participant submissions, scores, and result history owned by the account.
- Notification preferences and device notification tokens associated with Orbit.
- Orbit analytics records and subscription entitlement snapshots associated with the account.
Public quiz and result links owned by the deleted Orbit account stop being available.
Shared Pixel Logic identity
Deleting Orbit removes only the Orbit membership and Orbit data when another Pixel Logic app membership remains active. It does not delete data belonging to another Pixel Logic app. If Orbit is the final active membership, the confirmation flow may also delete the shared Pixel Logic sign-in identity.
Limited retention
Active Orbit data is removed when deletion completes. Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 30 days before rotation. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and payment processors may retain transaction records under their own legal and financial obligations; Orbit does not receive or store full payment card numbers. Security, fraud-prevention, or legal records are retained only when required by law and are not used to restore a deleted Orbit account.
